1. Custom Orders
   All products are made to order and customized based on the selections you provide during checkout.
   
   Due to the personalized nature of our items, returns or refunds are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing error or defect.
    

2. Payment
   Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept Credit / Debit Cards, Offline Payments at in person events only.
   
   Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.
    

3. Order Accuracy
   It is your responsibility to ensure all details provided (including size, color, and customization requests) are accurate before placing your order.
   
   We are not liable for any errors in the information provided at checkout.
    

4. Shipping and Delivery
   We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
   
   We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
    

5. Damage During Shipping
   While we package all items carefully, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after your order has been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve such issues.
    

6. Exchanges
   We offer size exchanges for shirts within 7 business days of receiving your item, provided the shirt is unworn and in its original condition.
   
   You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.
    

7. Intellectual Property
   All content on our website, including logos, images, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Bully Decals and may not be used without permission.
    

8. Limitation of Liability
   Bully Decals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
    

9. Governing Law
   These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
